A Researcher | Erhu Performer| visual designer
Hi, I’m Cindy
“To Learn to love, to design for good and for solving problems, to enjoy immersing in the world of art.”
Saiyvn!（ᠮᠠᠨᠵᡠ ᡥᡝᡵᡤᡝᠨ） My name is Cindy Fang. Born and raised in Beijing, supported by two dedicated parents, I was exploring all kinds of interests and I bumped into the triumph that I liked art when I was a teenager. I made into college with bachelor of arts in English Literature back home in Beijing. Challenged myself with the unknowns, I pursued my technical communication degree at Kennesaw State University, focusing on information and graphic design. Then I identified my passion for advertising and media and dared to step closer to my goals. I holds a master of arts in advertising at Savannah College of Art and Design. Today, I am going for my Ph.D in media and communication at Temple University. I am also a part-time Erhu performer. I feel fortunate to enhance myself through intensive trainings along with creative peers and mentors who hold expertise in the field. I do all I can to learn and enjoy the creative environment. I don’t know what life is going to offer next, but we all try to face it with a smile, isn’t it?
I feel inspired by the diversity of people, culture, nature, music, language, pen and paper. To me, art empowers our senses. It takes you to a journey where you will encounter problems, struggles, misunderstandings, but the process of trying to solve a problem or create a desirable solution sparkles energy for creativity. Relax a bit and look outside, it will gradually take you to where you belong. You will find me working, struggling, talking, and playing. If you are interested in learning more about me, my stories behind any works or just want to say hello, feel free to drop me a message. See you soon:)
